You can pay your water, sewer, stormwater, fire protection, and trash bill on-line with your credit card.  Please have your billing statement and your credit card information available prior to starting your session.

  • ALL PAYMENTS PROCESSED VIA THE ON-LINE PAYMENT CENTER and/or IN THE OFFICE by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE of 2.49% with a minimum fee of $1.00 per transaction. To continue processing via this system enter in your information below.
Note:  All credit card payments using this system 
are posted to your account within 24 to 48 hours. 
 
  1. The system requires an 'email address' for payments - if you DO NOT have an 'email address' you can utilize utilityoffice@cityofnewcastle.net to complete the processing of your payment. 

  2. The 'non-required email address' can be completed with your email address, if you would like to receive a copy of your payment receipt electronically.
If your account is in a disconnect status telephone our offices at 521.6820.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.  A payment drop-box is available for your convenience near the drive-up window.  We are located at 227 North Main Street.
