Board of Works Meeting Minutes - 1/2/2013
BOARD OF WORKS
January 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Greg York.
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
· Director Tichenor moved to suspend the rules for the reading of the minutes and accept last week's BOW minutes. Mayor York seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Mayor York requested a motion to accept the Payroll, Water, Wastewater and General fund claims for the week of December 27, 2012 to January 2, 2013. Director Tichenor moved to accept. Mayor York seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Director Tichenor presented United Consulting bills in the amount of $14,709.50 for payment. Mayor York moved to approve bills presented for payment. Director Tichenor seconded. Motion carried 2-0
