Board of Works Meeting Minutes - 4/8/2013
BOARD OF WORKS
April 8, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor York
CITIZENS APPEARING:
· Cheryl Pennycuff representing Memorial Baptist Church requested approval of a May 18, 2013 from 9 -11 park cleanup service. Mayor York moved to approve subject to Park Board approval. Director Barker seconded. Motion carried 2-0
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
· Director Barker moved to approve minutes from the previous meeting. Mayor York seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Director Barker made a motion to accept the Payroll, Water, Wastewater and General fund claims for the week of April 1, to April 8, 2013. Mayor York seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Director Barker presented an invoice for United Consulting on the Jester Drive Project for payment in the amount of $290.68. Mayor York moved to approve payment of the invoice. Director Barker seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Chief Catron requested permission for the Little League Parade on April 13, 2013 beginning at 8a.m. from the High School parking lot to the Little League diamonds. Mayor York approved the request. Director Barker seconded. Motion carried 2-0

· No Department Heads appeared before the board.
