Spring Fling 2009 Food Vendor/Farmer’s Market Application Dear Henry County Food or Farmer’s Market Vendor, The Downtown Revitalization Committee is proud to invite you, a Henry County Food Vendor or Farmer’s Market Vendor, to participate on the courthouse square at the Downtown Spring Fling event planned for Saturday May 2 from 9:00am-3:00pm. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary or green thumb skills as it coincides with the Highway 38 garage sales, which typically brings hundreds of visitors right past the courthouse. Each vendor will be given a space approximately 10’ X 10’ to use for the sale of food items. Vendors must supply their own tables. Tents are highly recommended as the event will be held rain or shine. Electricity will be available only on a very limited basis. Once the committee has approved your application, you will receive additional information about set up times and the location of your space. In lieu of the $50 vendor fee we are asking for a door prize donation from each booth. We will be doing drawings through out the day. Retail food vendors will be required to have a temporary license from the Board of Health, 1201 Race Street, Suite 208, 765-521-7056. These licenses are $10 per day. If you are a non-profit organization there is no fee.
