BOARD OF WORKS
March 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor York
CITIZENS APPEARING:
· No citizens appeared before the board.
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
· Mayor York moved to approve minutes from the previous meeting. Director Barker seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Mayor York made a motion to accept the Payroll, Water, Wastewater and General fund claims for the week of March 18, to March 25, 2013. Director Barker seconded. Motion carried 2-0
· Director Barker presented and moved to approve the Babe Ruth Lease for 1 year. Mayor York seconded. Motion carried 2-0
DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS:
· No Department Heads appeared before the board.
ADJOURN:
· Director Barker moved to adjourn.
