Event Description:
New Castle native - Author Gary Warinner will share passages and insight from his book "Meditations From a Pumpkin Patch and Other Sundry Locations."Copies of his book will be on sale and the author will sign them following his presentation.
Warinner has resided most of his life in Boyers, Pa., a small town north of Pittsburgh. A pastor for 28 years, he recounts common and uncommon experiences from life in his book. He considers the lessons from these life experiences in light of Biblical principles.
The book is primarily written as essays, with some poetic compositions. The book's 17 chapters are designed to appeal to the casual reader as well as to individuals contemplating the great questions of life.
The book features original pen and ink drawings by Amie Douglas Beard.
