Board of Works Meeting Minutes - 11/26/2012
BOARD OF WORKS
November 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Greg York.
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
· Director Tichenor moved to suspend the rules for the reading of the minutes and accept last week's BOW minutes. Superintendent Ayers seconded. Motion carried 3-0
· Mayor York requested a motion to accept the Payroll, Water, Wastewater and General fund claims for the week of November 19 to November 26, 2012. Superintendent Ayers moved to accept. Director Tichenor seconded. Motion carried 3-0
· Director Tichenor presented a request to approve the Garner Street Project timeline (extension #4) and moved to approve. Mayor York seconded. Motion carried 3-0
