May 7, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was given by everyone in attendance.
Prayer was given by Council-lady Sandy York.

SPECIAL BUSINESS:
· Councilman Peckinpaugh moved to suspend and accept the minutes of the last meeting. Council- lady York seconded. Motion carried 6-0
PROCLAMATIONS:
· The week of May 14 to 18, 2012 proclaimed as Ride for Life.
· The month of May proclaimed Community Action Month.
ORDINANCES:
· #3641 - To vacate a portion of a certain alley (6th & 7th Streets) Public Hearing
Councilman Koger moved to approve on 2nd reading. Council-lady Malone seconded. Motion carried 6-0
· #3642 - Approving rental fee (Pool chairs) 3rd reading
Councilman Peckinpaugh moved to accept ordinance 3642 on third reading. Councilman Reid seconded. Motion carried 5-1
· #3643 - Employee Incentive 1st reading
Attorney Copenhaver clarified and answered questions of the Council. Councilman Koger moved to accept ordinance 3643 on first reading. Councilman Ingerman seconded. Motion carried 5-1

· No committee reports were presented by Council.
MAYOR REPORTS:
· Mayor York stated he had no reports to present at this time.
CITIZENS REQUESTS:
· No citizens presented before the board.

· No Department Head reports were presented.
