East Central Indiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Sub-Center

New Castle's SBDC sub-center will provide the dedicated office space and administrative support to assist in the level of service available to small businesses in the City of New Castle and Henry County.
The SBDC specializes in providing comprehensive services to existing and prospective small business owners. Part of a statewide program with 10 service regions in Indiana, the East Central Region provides service to 11 counties and will now have offices operating in New Castle, Anderson, Muncie, and Richmond.
The East Central Indiana SBDC operates through the cooperative support of the City of New Castle, City of Anderson, City of Muncie, Delaware County, Energize ECI, Gass City, Hartford City and Wayne County. The center is also funded thorugh grants from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. and the U.S. Small Business Administration. The program is hosted by Ivy Tech Community College, Region 6.
