The City of New Castle, Indiana

The mission of the City of New Castle is to establish an economic climate conducive to both economic and community development so that there truly is Opportunity for Everyone; that is, business retention and expansion, business attraction and industrial development, small business and commercial development, fostering entrepreneurship, and downtown preservation/revitalization.

New Castle and Henry County's lead agency in Economic Development is the New Castle/Henry County Economic Development Corporation.  We fully support their efforts and join with them to build a better New Castle and Henry County.
